Do I have to do all of the workouts?

No. Every week, you will get 2 runs and 2-3 workouts you can do at home. You can complete all of them or just a few...it's up to you! Please adhere to local regulations about going outside/working out in public spaces throughout this challenge. If you don't feel comfortable running outside, opt to just do the indoor workouts.

When should I do the workouts?

You can do the workouts in the order that works best for you. If you want to feel more connected to the Back on My Feet community, try to do the runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – those are the days our teams typically meet to run!


What is "Get Social"?

Each workout includes a fun "Get Social" section, encouraging you to post about your #PowerOfUs Fitness Challenge experience with your friends and family on social media. It's another way to keep us connected as a community over the next few weeks. We want to see how hard your working and how much fun you're having, so remember to tag @backonmyfeet when you post!

What if I have a friend who wants to join? Is it too late?

They can still join! Registration will remain open throughout the challenge. We will adjust the price of registration accordingly.
