Here's how the challenge works:

For $25 you get 4 weeks of EXCLUSIVE workout challenges and videos, brought to you
by Back on My Feet alumni, staff and our volunteer community. 

  

Step 1: Sign up, select your team, GET PUMPED.
The team who raises the most money gets extra $$ so - email your friends, your neighbors, you brother, your mom,
your cousin Sally and even Uncle John who lives in North Dakota - get them to join too!
Working out together while apart is F-U-N!

  
Step 2: Watch that inbox. 
Each Friday you'll receive an email containing
3 running activities, 2 indoor workout challenges and 1 exclusive video workout.
 

 
Step 3: Get sweaty. 
Complete your workouts however and wherever you can*, take a selfie,
and tag #
BoMF #PowerOfUs for a chance to win weekly prizes!

Thanks to our friends at Bimbo Bakeries, every $25 registration fee will be matched AND 

the city with the most registered participants will get their team total tripled!
