 they need from afar to move their lives forward.

Invite your coworkers, your friends, your family and create your own team when you sign up!

AND - All money raised (up to $20k!) will be MATCHED by our friends at Cigna!



Here's how the challenge works:

For $25 you get 4 weeks of EXCLUSIVE workout challenges and videos, brought to you from
Back on My Feet alumni, local fitness partners and our community!


Step 1: Sign up, create or join a team, GET PUMPED.
Working out together while apart is more fun with a team to hold you accountable!
Email your coworkers, your friends, your neighbors, you brother, your mom,
your cousin Sally and even Uncle John who lives in North Dakota - get them to join too!

Step 2: Watch that inbox. 
Each Sunday you'll receive an email containing 3-4 video and workout challenges
Register by 5PM ET on Sunday to receive the 1st week of workouts!

Step 3: Get sweaty. 
Complete your workouts however and wherever you can*, take a selfie,
and tag #BoMF 


Our community is strong – let's show the world the #PowerOfUs.   


* Please adhere to local regulations about going outside/working out in public spaces.
