Fueling with Food Discussion & Cooking Demonstration with Special Guest, Jesse Davis
Food is important in fueling our bodies to perform at their best. On Wednesday, October 18 the Young Professional Board of the Indianapolis Chapter of Back on My Feet is hosting an informative and engaging discussion on how to fuel your body to achieve peak performance at any level of your fitness journey. Guests will also be provided a delicious, healthy meal during a special cooking demonstration. The discussion will focus on fueling your body for endurance events, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle every day.
Special guest host, Jesse Davis, will share his tips on how he fuels for his many endurance events and how that diet translates into his every day eating habits.
