Thank you for visiting. Back on my Feet and their support for homelessness is a cause that is very dear to me, and I'll appreciate all the support I can get! Back on my Feet partners with homeless shelters, organizing regular group runs and helping residents realize they can set and achieve goals for themselves.
For my own running goal, so far, I've made it to 7 miles. Still a bit to go to 10, but committed to putting in the miles each week to get me ready for early June. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will typically find me at the gym in the morning usually by 5:30, and then Saturday's long run is either at the gym, on the local trail, or around my neighborhood to catch some hill training.
